  • Tank Capacity - Stick to 2.0L or less. This should be sufficient for 1 or 2 people.
  • Small Footprint - A mini deep fat fryer should not require a lot of counter space.
  • Safety Features - Locking lid, Auto shut-off timer, Cool touch housing.
  • Clean-up - Should disassemble for easy cleaning. Dishwasher safe is a plus.
